Refund Policy

There is a 3-day grace period after you sign a contract and make your down-payment in which you can receive a refund of your deposit less a $100.00 processing fee. After the 3-day grace period, you are not entitled to any return of you deposit. You may cancel your contract at any time but you will not be entitled to any refund amount including, but not limited to, initial deposit, progress payments, change of scope payments and final payment.

You are not entitled to a refund for hosting or MLS fees in any event including, but not limited to, terminating your contractual agreement, disabling your web site, canceling hosting or email accounts.
