Delivery Time Frame
WebShop, develops web sites for a fixed fee with a monthly service fee. The development of your site will usually take about two weeks. This includes all the graphics, layout and detailed information pages.

Typical Development Fees
Although the fee from site to site can vary, the typical fee is $1,500 for an individual Agent's site and $2,500 for a Broker's site. Monthly service fees for an individual site is $45.00 plus any MLS surcharge fees. This fee includes the custom layout, custom graphics, site functionality, IDX integration, forms and email.

MLS Service Fees
Some MLS systems charge a monthly service fee to have IDX listings on your web site. The price varies by MLS area and usually requires a contract bewteen us and the Broker. For example, the NTREIS fee is $30 per month.

Additional Fees
If you require a FLASH animation, there will be an additional fee depending upon the extent and complexity. Typical fess range from $250 plus. A number of third-parties offer additional content and marketing for your web site. For example, Gooder Reports, eSchool, etc. The fees associated with these services are your responsible. We will intergrate these services upon request to your web site.
